How do I log in?
Once you have received your login details via e-mail from Buynamics, you can get started immediately with the WTP-application. Click here to log in to the WTP-application. Enter your username and password and click on 'sign in'.
Note: If your employer uses Single Sign-On software (SSO), which means you only need to log into various software systems once, you will be automatically redirected to the cockpit in WTP from your own IT environment.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the 'Forgot your password' button to reset your password. Enter your username in the field and then click 'Continue'. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address used to register the WTP account. This e-mail contains the reset instructions.

If you enter the wrong password three times, a warning will appear on the screen. After you enter the wrong password five times, your account will be locked for one hour for security reasons. After locking your account, you can no longer use the ‘Forgot your password function’. If you want to unblock your account quickly, click here to send an e-mail to our Customer Support Team. We will then email you the instructions.
If there is no activity for 30 minutes, a user's WTP session is terminated and they will be automatically logged out from the application.
