If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password on the login page. Enter your username and click 'Continue'. A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your WTP account. This email contains the reset instructions.
After three unsuccessful login attempts, a warning is displayed. After five unsuccessful attempts, your account is locked for one hour for security reasons. While your account is locked, you cannot use the Forgot your password option. If you need immediate access, contact our Customer Support Team. They will provide further instructions.
